Kent B2B: Bosses share tips on Twitter in 1,000 Tweet Challenge

Entrepreneurs hunting for nuggets of business wisdom will be taking to Twitter from today ahead of the longest-running business-to-business show in Kent.

Kent B2B, which takes place next week, has launched its 1,000 Tweet Challenge in which bosses will share their best advice for running a company.

Firms which share their tips using the hastag #b2b1000 wil thenl be able to record their hints in a mobile video pod at the event at Ashford International Hotel.

The films will then be tweeted out by Kent B2B and given to bosses for promotional use.

The initiative is in response to research which shows three quarters of business people watch work related videos each week? By 2017, video will take up nearly 70% of consumer internet traffic.

Jo James, chief executive of the Kent Invicta Chamber, which runs Kent B2B, said: “We’re very excited to launch our 1000 Tweet challenge including the free business tip video.

“It’s a great way for businesses to get involved prior to and during the event and start a conversation with companies across Kent.”
