The Health and Safety Executive led the prosecution, a contravention of the health and safety regulation after worker, Kahil Ahmed, injured his hand on a piece of machinery.
Mr Ahmed suffered three crushed fingers during the incident and lost the skin off all three digits when the accident happened on March 27, 2012.
Despite admitting the breach, which involved failing to ensure an interlocking guard was closed while the machine was in use, the company has yet to find out its fate, as sentencing was adjourned.
The case was sent to Maidstone Crown Court for sentencing and a date for that hearing is yet to be set.
