Would you like fries with that, Sir? McDonald's in Aylesford to be one of the first in UK to have table service

The days of queuing at the till and carefully carrying a mountain of burgers and drinks on a tray at McDonald's are over.

Following a successful trial at 14 of the company's outlets, the roll-out will be introduced at the new eatery under construction in Aylesford.

It was set to open this month, but bad weather hampered construction.
