This workshop will be of interest to those who would like an introduction to selling or want to build on current experience and will provide a framework for making a successful sales visit or call.

At the end of the workshop delegates will:

Understand the basic techniques and behaviours that lead to successful selling

- How to plan a sales call (including gaining attention, creating interest, identifying needs of the customer and matching products/services to those needs)

- How to differentiate between features and benefits

- Have a basic understanding of how to overcome objections

- Have a basic understanding of techniques that can be used close the sale
