Energy Performance Certificate regulations are changing and affect everyone involved in the property industry. From the 1st April 2018 there will be a requirement for any properties rented out in the private rented sector to normally have a minimum energy performance rating of E. The regulations will come into force for new lets and renewals of tenancies with effect from 1st April 2018 and for all existing tenancies on 1st April 2020.
This presentation, given by Martin Gibbons (Director, Vital Property Solutions) will delve into the business opportunities that have arisen from the regulations and will explain how you are in a unique position to assist clients with EPCs. Martin will also cover the implications of the 2018 and 2020 deadlines.
The session will include a Q&A, followed by an opportunity to sit down with Martin for a 1-1, should you wish to discuss anything further. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get the most up-to-date information on EPCs.
