Performance Management

A few people thrive when thrown into a management role, but many new managers need help communicating effectively with employees, giving feedback and taking on a leadership role. In this performance management course, delegates will increase their knowledge about performance management as well as the pm cycle. Delegates will learn the tools needed to implement or review a pm system in their workplace. They will practice communication strategies for managing difficult people and conflict at work as well as build up an understanding of how to manage sickness absence, capability and disciplinary processes lawfully and reasonably.
