Managing Conflict

Conflict can be so difficult to handle if you don’t have the right tools and techniques. The course raises delegates understanding of the background to conflict and the contribution they can make to either calming or escalating a confrontation. During the course, delegates will learn and practise key skills to build their confidence and to maintain composure while de-escalating customer conflict.
