A 60-year-old Congolese man fell to his death from the fifth floor of a Kent hotel.
Police were called to the Nayland Rock Hotel in Margate just before 7.30am on Saturday.
Pierre Palamba Kabamba, a Congolese asylum seeker who had been staying at the hotel on Royal Crescent under the care of Migrant Helpline, was declared dead at the scene.
He had been resident at the hotel with his wife since July.
Police are satisfied that there are no suspicious circumstances and their investigation has been closed.
