Forecasters have warned the big freeze could make a comeback in Kent next week.

Freezing temperatures are expected to hit the county as a chilly northerly wind blows in from the Arctic.

Several areas of Kent are still covered in snow that hasn't melted since last week's downfall.

County weatherman Shaun Maltby, who runs weather website kent-weather.co.uk, said: "Around the 16th and 17th a really strong wind will blow over.

"Even though it's too early to predict snow it will be very, very cold at least."
