Do you recognise these dogs and cat?

Have you lost a dog or cat? If so, they may be at the Lord Whisky Animal Sanctuary.

A black boxer and a black and white border collie were taken there after being picked up by Canterbury council dog wardens.

The boxer was found in Joy Lane, Whitstable, and the collie in Canterbury, both about two weeks ago.

A black and white cat, found at Blean, has also been housed at the sanctuary.

Lord Whisky founder Margaret Todd said: “The majority of dogs that come to us are not strays.

“Most have been well cared for but if the council dog warden picks them up, the owner has to pay £47 to the council and that sometimes puts people off claiming them.”

Both dogs are about three or four years old, are male and good natured.

If you recognise the dogs or cat or want to offer them a home, contact the sanctuary on 01303 862622.
