Eurostar trains from London to Paris affected by strike

Strikes will see some Eurostar services cancelled today and into tomorrow.

The industrial action, by staff of French rail enterprise SNCF, will last two days but the train operator says it expects 80% of its services to run as normal.

Trains, between London and Paris, have already been cancelled, however.

They include the 5.01pm and 6.31pm from London to Paris today, and the 7.28am and 5.01pm tomorrow.

On the reverse route the 8.07am, 1.04pm and 4.37pm will not be running today and the 6.43am and 8.43am are cancelled on Monday.

Passengers with tickets during the affected times are being told to exchange them. They will also be able to claim refunds free of charge.

Another two-day walkout is planned for next week, starting on Friday. It is part of a two-month programme of strike action, which began in April.
