Shoppers are expected to be out in force ahead of Black Friday next week.

Many shops and websites will be putting offers on to entice people into buying their products ahead of the festive season - and some of the best deals even start today.

1. New Amazon Echo (Was £89.99, Now £69.99)

This gadget has been developed so it can interact with some of the smart devices in your home. It will, of course, help you to get through the January sales shopping on Amazon once Christmas is out of the way. 3. Argos sale

The retailer is launching its '14 Day Black Friday Bonanza' event. The savings went live on Wednesday meaning that you can snap up your bargain right now. The fortnight of offers include vacuum cleaners, TVs and laptops among other items. Among some of the best deals are a Dyson cordless handstick vacuum for less than half price at £229.99 and a retro Sega Megadrive with 81 games costing £34.99 - that's a saving of £25.

One of the items most Black Friday shoppers look for on the day of 'mega savings' is a brand new TV.
