A major milestone has been reached at a new housing development in Maidstone, with 300 buyers now calling it home.

Work started in November 2009 to create two neighbouring developments - The Grange and Sutton Woods - located off Sutton Road.

Sutton Woods has sold out, and the 300 buyer has just moved in to The Grange, leaving just 50 left to sell.
