A 29-year-old pizza delivery driver who carried out three sex attacks has been jailed by a crown court judge.

Asylum-seeker Qadar Hazarmeshe preyed on one victim after she collapsed through drink near his flat in Margate.

Weeks later, he enticed two girls into his home, plied them with drink, and then raped one and sexually abused the other.

The Afghanistan-born man was given an indeterminate jail sentence after a judge at Canterbury Crown Court ruled that he posed a “significant risk” to the public.

He will have to serve a minimum of three years and 318 days in prison before he can apply for parole, and will only be released if experts believe he no longer poses a threat.

The Home Office is then expected to deport Hazarmeshe, of Union Crescent, Margate. He denied the offences but was found guilty by a jury.

His first victim had been out drinking last July and remembered sitting down near a kebab shop in Margate. She woke up being raped by Hazarmeshe in his flat.

A month later, two Lithuanian women were invited to his flat for dinner. Both fell asleep after drinking wine, and the pizza man carried out the sex attacks.

Hazarmeshe claimed to have fought the Taliban in Afghanistan before fleeing illegally to Britain four years ago in the back of a lorry. He then claimed political asylum.
