Pupils' delight as stolen wendy house returned

Children have their stolen wendy house back, thanks to the help of local businesses.

One Monday before Christmas, pupils at Bethersden Primary School walked passed a wendy house damaged and dumped in a ditch and arrived at school to find theirs was missing.

It is thought thieves attepted to steal the wendy house and dumped it when they had trouble transporting it.

But it is now back in where it used to be thanks to two the generosity of local firms. Wraight Tractor Parts, Barton Farm pulled the wendy house out of the ditch, stored it and delivered it to Ace Sheds, who then repaired it free of charge and delivered and installed it in the playground.
