Lamborn on how drink affects homelessness

More than a quarter of the people that have been referred to
Porchlight's Kent Outreach Service in the past six months have
had an issue with alcohol.

Mark Parry, from Porchlight, said: "We want to appeal to the
public to help us, help roughsleepers.

"If you're a dog walker or a runner who sees a homeless person
please don't just walk past, tell us and change a future."
