Woman almost blinded after being glassed outside Seasalter's Blue Anchor pub

A woman needed emergency surgery to save
her sight after a vicious attack in a pub car park.

The 24-year-old was almost blinded in one eye after she was
glassed in the face at the Blue Anchor in Seasalter.

She had been sitting in her car when a woman started damaging
her wing mirror.

When she got out of the car to confront the woman she was
attacked with a broken glass.

She was taken to hospital and needed emergency surgery to
remove glass from her eye.

Police say she may still lose the sight in her injured eye.
