Tonbridge Angels 1 Bath City 1

Tonbridge Angels climbed out of the Skrill South relegation zone after a 1-1 draw with Bath City at Longmead on Tuesday night.

Tommy Warrilow's side took the lead through Lee Browning's 30-yard free-kick after only 10 minutes.

Angels looked the better side early on but were pegged back nine minutes later when Henry Muggeridge turned Andy Watkins' header into his own net.

Bath made a bright start to the second half but the introduction of on-loan Hyde striker Tom Collins boosted Angels.

He found fellow loanee Gavin McCallum whose cross was wasted by Mark Lovell.

The visitors remained a threat and created a series of half-chances but Angels survived and moved up a place to 19th, above Whitehawk on goal difference.
