KENT have been one of the busiest counties this winter in terms of player transfers, and supporters are joking that skipper Rob Key has installed a revolving door at the entrance to the St Lawrence dressing room.

Six players left Kent in the close season, with only two coming in, namely overseas professional Yasir Arafat, who replaces Justin Kemp, while Kolpak signing Ryan McLaren from South Africa bolsters a pace bowling department weakened by the loss through injury of Amjad Khan and the exit of fringe players Matt Dennington, Simon Cusden and David Stiff.
