The 34-year-old one-time Arsenal trainee, was appointed as player-boss of the Wings in November 2009 and oversaw the club's consolidation in Conference South, despite off-field financial problems, and led them to the Conference Premier after claiming the Srill South title last year.

The Bexley-born midfielder left Highbury for Bournemouth in a £20,000 deal after making one appearance on the bench for Arsene Wenger's side and since then has enjoyed spells with Dover Athletic, Dartford, Welling and Grays Athletic.
