Amine Linganzi missed Gillingham’s match against Brentford after picking up a hamstring injury on international duty.

The Congo midfielder was substituted during his side’s 3-0 friendly defeat by Tunisia on Wednesday.

Gills assistant boss John Schofield said: “He has a slight problem with his hamstring which is being assessed.

"We didn’t think there was any point in risking him. He felt a slight tightness and they took him straight off.”
