Troubled Ramsgate suffered a 2-1 home defeat by Whitstable in Ryman League Division 1 South on Tuesday night.

Rams, whose chairman Paul Jefcoate quit just two days after sacking boss Tim Dixon, had defender Dean Hill in charge for the first time.
