There have been several refereeing decisions that haven’t gone our way so far but we can only control the controllable.

We can’t control what happens with referees, or the opposition, we can only control what we do and we do that well.

When we start trying to control things outside of our remit, I don’t think it works.

It is frustrating when things don’t go your way but there is no point going on about it because referees rarely change their minds.

You can use a lot of energy trying to change things but it isn’t going to happen.

I referee training every day and I know what it’s like and I know what it’s like being a player as well. You do get caught up in it but you have to be calm.

We are getting close to that first win and the signs are there.

I don’t think we can be any more positive in what we are doing.

We made changes early on in the game last weekend, taking off Adebayo Akinfenwa and putting on Myles Weston.

The game is all about making decisions and there is no point thinking, ‘shall we, shouldn’t we?’ It’s about getting in there, making a decision and going with it.

If you are going to be successful, like we are, you have to make decisions and go with them.
