We’ve lost three games in a row but your season is judged on 46 games, not three.

We’re at the stage now when performances are secondary.

Obviously, you want to win every game playing neat, attractive football but it’s all about results.

Let’s win our next game and then look at the performance after.

We play Crawley on Saturday who are managed by former Aston Villa boss John Gregory. I think it shows the standard of League 1 when jobs are appealing to managers who’ve worked in the Premier League.

Crawley will be a stiff test for us. They have games to catch up on and they will see them as must-win matches.

Matt Tubbs has been scoring goals since he’s gone back there and is a good player but it’s all about the team.

There are individuals in every team who can change a game. We’ll give Tubbs the respect he’s due but we’ll be giving the rest of the team respect, too.

We’ve got our game-plan and it’s about what we do.
