Brachers extends HR consultancy arm

Brachers' logoMost employers will acknowledge that their people are their greatest assets but all too often business owners are unsure how to effectively manage them.

Recognising this, Maidstone based law firm Brachers LLP, which already has one of the largest employment law teams in the South East, is extending its HR consultancy service by appointing Karyn Wilkins.

The service aims to help businesses reduce costs and the risks associated with "bad" employment practices, to help managers spend less time "fire fighting" staffing problems and free up business owners to concentrate on what they do best - their core business.

Karyn is an experienced business adviser and worked with Kent firms for several years.

She said: "Everything we offer, from our stand alone documents, such as employment contracts or employee handbooks, to our bespoke project work is backed by some of the best employment law professionals in the South East, which is vital with employers having many more obligations placed on them.

"We're combining HR expertise, legal advice and strategic business management in a really accessible and affordable way."
