Family law specialist Daniel Bennett joins Whitehead Monckton

A new partner has joined law firm Whitehead Monckton at its Tenterden office.

Daniel Bennett, pictured above, specialises in family law - particularly complex assets, pre-nuptial agreements and jurisdictional issues.

He is a trained mediator and member of the Kent Resolution Cmmittee.

Stephen Beck, managing partner at Whitehead Monckton, said: “He’s joining our Tenterden office at an exciting time as we’re offering more services and shortly expanding into new, larger offices.”

Whitehead Monckton, which also has offices in Maidstone, now has 15 partners.
