Happy staff say Reeves is best in UK

Reeves, the accounting firm with offices in Canterbury, Chatham
Maritime, London and Gatwick, has added Best Employer title to its
trophy cabinet.
The company was recognised at the British Accountancy Awards in
a category backed by Accountancy Age and the Best Companies Group,
which ranks Reeves in Britain's top 10.
The award - achieved in a two-part process - recognises the UK's
best accountancy practices that benefit its workforce, the area's
economy and businesses.
The first part of the process, worth 25%, evaluates policies,
systems, philosophies, practices and demographics.
The second part, worth 75%, comprises an employee survey.
Clive Stevens, managing partner, thanked employees for
completing the survey making the firm "a really excellent place to
be and work for.
"Our aim is to have happy clients and we can only achieve this
through our happy staff."
