Sittingbourne firm Swale Heating hot on quality

Swale Heating employers 400 staff in
Sittingbourne

Swale Heating has won a quality seal of approval.
The independent installer, based in Sittingbourne, has achieved
ISO 9001:2008 standard for Quality Management Systems.
Swale Heating has been installing and maintaining heating
systems for both domestic and corporate clients for four
decades.
It now employs 400 staff and celebrated its 40th
anniversary last year.
The firm serves 120,000 homes and more than 35 housing
associations and
local councils across Kent, outer London, Sussex, Essex and East
Anglia.
Managing director Mark Pope said: "We're continually striving to
maintain high standards for both clients and our employees so we're
extremely proud to have achieved this status.
"Gaining ISO certificates is hard work but it’s worth the
effort. It demonstrates our commitment to quality and efficiency
and gives clients complete confidence in the professionalism of our
staff."
