Sevenoaks man Steven Ryan charged over armed raid on Michael Whitcombe Jewellers
A man has appeared in court over a £20,000 armed
raid on a jewellers' in Sevenoaks.
Steven Ryan, of Vine Court Road, Sevenoaks, is charged
with robbery and possession of a firearm at Michael Whitcombe
Jewellers, in the High Street.
The 34-year-old was remanded in custody at Maidstone
Magistrates' Court on Monday ahead of an appearance at Maidstone
Crown Court on Friday.
Officers recovered a firearm and jewellery estimated to be worth
around £20,000 when they were called to the store last Monday.
