Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson spotted in Herne Bay
by Joe Walker
His many roles have made him one of
the highest grossing actors at the box office, and his millionaire
lifestyle usually sees him mixing with the rich and famous in
exotic locations.
But A-list actor Samuel L. Jackson
(pictured right), famous for covering his bald head with a flat
cap, is rumoured to have stayed for 15 minutes at Lou Lou’s
hairdressers in Herne Bay High Street last Wednesday before
shooting off to a secret hideaway.
The rumours escalated after a plea
for sightings of the megastar was put on the Herne Bay Town
Partners website.
Town co-ordinator Chris West posted
an article saying Jackson had been spotted at a local hairdressers
and invited people to email him if they had seen the actor.
He said: “An informer told me he
was at Lou Lou’s and his wife was having her hair cut. Someone then
told me he had been seen in the William Street car park.
“I legged it out of the office with
my camera but he was gone.
“People who saw him say they are
convinced it was him. Obviously I can’t be sure myself.”
Jackson, whose many films include
Pulp Fiction, Jurassic Park and Star Wars, was allegedly mobbed on
the same day in Canterbury.
Reports suggest he was visiting the
cathedral when he was spotted by a crowd of fans.
Cathedral spokesman Chris Robinson:
“I’ve never heard of him. He sounds like a High Court judge.”
