Part exchange available on Liberty Park homes
There are many potential hurdles when trying to buy a new home.
However, would-be-buyers at Liberty Park in Medway can bypass some
of them thanks to developer Crest Nicholson.
House-hunters with a home to sell can buy at Liberty Park
through a part-exchange scheme, which is available on The Westerly
– a four-bedroom home.
This initiative is designed to help existing home-owners move
without the delays and stresses often associated with moving house.
The developer will arrange for three different estate agents to
assess and value their existing property and once Crest Nicholson’s
purchase offer has been accepted, the buyer’s new home at the
development will be reserved.
There’s another purchasing incentive on the Westerly. Costs
associated with buying, such as legal and moving fees, can mount
up; Crest is offering to pay the stamp duty on the house, removing
some of the financial burden.
Annette Cole of Crest Nicholson Eastern said: “We endeavour to
make purchasing a property with us as easy and as smooth as
possible.”
Priced at £269,500, the Westerly house type has been designed
with space in mind and is arranged across three floors.
On the ground floor are the open-plan kitchen and dining room, a
large lounge which offers direct access to the garden and
convenient cloakroom.
The first floor is home to the family bathroom and three of the
bedrooms, with one featuring an en-suite.
Finally, the second floor is dedicated entirely to the master
suite. As well as an en-suite bathroom, the room also enjoys the
luxury of a dressing room.
Liberty Park is on Hoo Road in Wainscott. Prices start from
£155,000 for a two-bedroom coach house, £169,500 for a two-bedroom
house, £197,000 for a three bedroom house and £249,500 for a
four-bedroom home.
