Developer's scheme to help move
Just a handful of four-bedroom homes at Henwood Place in
Willesborough, Ashford, are still available as buyers have been
taking advantage of the developer’s Easymove scheme.
The developer appoints two estate agents to provide market
valuations on a current property and assists with the marketing
plan.
The Jones Homes’ team keeps in close contact with the agents to
ensure they are doing all they can to sell the home and offers
updates at every stage. The property is also advertised in all
Jones Homes’ sales offices and on the company’s website.
The developer says 25% of buyers at Henwood Place have been
helped.
The four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes are in a
private road off Gordon Close in the Willesborough area of Ashford.
The last five homes are now being marketed at prices from
£289,950.
