Biker killed in Dartford road crash

motorcyclist died in hospital after being involved in a crash with
a car in Dartford.
The smash happened at around 9.35pm Saturday at the Pilgrims Way
junction with Canterbury Close. A black Honda motorcycle collided
with a black Ford Fiesta.
The rider - a 52-year-old local man - was taken to hospital with
serious injuries but was pronounced dead soon after arrival.
The road was closed until around 3.30am Sunday.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information is
urged to contact the Kent Police serious crash investigation unit
