Three more children were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter
following a fatal road traffic accident on a Kent road last
week.
The youngsters - a 13-year-old girl and two boys aged 12 and
15-years-old - have been released on bail while investigations into
the crash on the A20 last Saturday (July 24) continue.
Michael Baker died when the recovery truck he was travelling in
collided with a stationery lorry near the Swanley interchange.
The 47-year-old, from Littlehampton, West Sussex, suffered
serious injuries and died later in hospital.
Police are investigating reports that children were seen
throwing stones at traffic shortly before the crash.
The lorry was on the side of the road after its driver saw
something hit the windscreen of his vehicle and pulled over.
A 10-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of manslaughter on
Tuesday has also been released on bail.
