Folkestone underwear store offers refund

A Kent underwear store has made a racy offer to
football fans - a full refund if England win the World
Cup.
Lacies in Folkestone says anyone who picks up
underwear between now and England's first match on
Saturday will get their money back - if Fabio
Capello's men go on to win.
Owner Sue Sheppard said she came up with the idea after
reading that the divorce rate in the UK increases during such a
tournament.
She said: "We want to spice things up in the bedroom, to make
sure couples stay together and don't fight over the TV during the
World Cup."
It's not just knickers that are included in the promotion
- Sue's got a whole range of bits and pieces on offer.
"We do sexy basques, the widest range of stockings in Kent and
adult novelty items," she added.
But after making the offer Sue's been a bit worried she
might not have thought it through.
"Since I thought of the idea I've been looking at the
predictions and they say that England have the best chance in
years, so I've been down the bookies to put a bet on them winning
to balance out my luck."
