Fingers crossed for Our Boys
Comments |
At last, the countdown is over, and
England are preparing for their most crucial match in
years.
Fans across Kent are crossing their fingers, waving their flags
and holding their breath in advance of the team's World Cup Group C
decider against Slovenia.
Pubs will be packed from 3pm, with offices on partial shutdown
for the 90-minute clash.
But if you can't escape your desk, or are driving during the
match, why not join us as we celebrate (or commiserate) with Kent
fans?
Kmfm is joining in with the fun at Gillingham's 44TWO club. Our reporters will be
capturing the tension, joy and agony as it happens.
Listen in to your local kmfm
station as Katie Lamborn and Charlotte Hayward chat with
fans and soak up the tense atmosphere.
Or why not listen to us online? Simply go to kmfm to hear
our broadcasts throughout the match.
If you want to catch up with our video coverage, click back on
KentOnline on Thursday.
Also, help us celebrate the World Cup in style. Why not:
- Send us your pictures - to countynews2@thekmgroup.co.uk
of you and your mates celebrating
- Tell us if your home, car or workplace is the most
England-decorated in Kent. Again, picture evidence please, to
countynews2@thekmgroup.co.uk
- Have you penned a little ditty, poem or song of your hopes and
aspirations for the World Cup? Send them again to the email address
above.
