Police question woman after man found stabbed to death

A 28-year-old Margate woman has been remanded in custody after
being charged with murdering her husband.
The body of Kevin Carter, 30, was found at 9.10pm on Friday
night at his flat in Sweyn Road, Cliftonville. A post mortem
examination the following day established that he died of stab
wounds.
Janice Carter, who was arrested on Friday evening, appeared
before Thanet magistrates court in Margate today.
She will next appear at a preliminary hearing before Maidstone
crown court on Friday, October 28.
