Dawn flasher on footpath in Folkestone
Police are hunting a dawn flasher
who distressed a woman in her 40s.
The man at first ran past
her, then stopped and walked back towards her, indecently exposing
himself.
It happened at about 6.20am
on Tuesday, April 3 on a footpath between Park Farm Road and Radnor
Park Road in Folkestone.
PC Elena Tyler said: "The
woman does not believe there was anyone else around as it was
early morning.
"But we want to ensure that
there have been no other incidents of indecent exposure that
perhaps women have not reported to police.
The suspect in this case is
described as white, in his 30s, 5ft 6in and of slim
build.
He was wearing a black beanie
hat, green combat trousers and a dark blue hooded top with white
writing or a logo on the front.
Anyone with information
should contact Kent Police on 101, giving reference number
