Serial defecator leaves bags of poo in Hoo village square

Cllr Tony Watson (Con) and Medway Council community officer Johnny Robinson with a bag of poo which was found on the roof of the public toilets in Hoo village square

by Dan Bloom

Just who is dumping poo above a loo in Hoo?

Bemused litter-pickers have discovered someone keeps leaving shopping bags full of excrement in the village square.

The serial defecator even dumped an overflowing carrier bag, neatly tied up, on the roof of Hoo public toilets, in Medway.

Mystified community officer Johnny Robinson and Hoo councillor Tony Watson are convinced the stools are human.

Bizarrely, four ducks - all shot dead - appeared next to an especially foul round of waste on January 23.

Cllr Watson (Con), who has been finding the bags regularly for two months, said: "We believe the ducks and the human waste are linked."

Mr Robinson added: "If someone is doing this in a bag, they might not be the most suitable person to have a gun."

The pair have been appealing for information on the mystery bag-filler since volunteers for the Hoo village clean-up found four bags stuffed full of excrement on January 14.

"If someone is doing this in a bag, they might not be the most suitable person to have a gun… – community officer Johnny Robinson

It was not the first disgusting find, said Cllr Watson, but since then the filled bags have often appeared in a bush next to the square. The police, council and RSPB have all been informed.

Cllr Watson added: "I've looked carefully and I'm as sure as I can be that it's human without doing scientific tests, which I'm not going to do."

RSPB communications officer Rolf Williams, who examined the birds, said: "The ducks were teal, which are not protected from wildfowling, but their disposal associated with the disposal of faeces is strange.

"The teal appeared fresh, with no smell and still flexible. Bloodstains on the breast of each suggested that they had been shot from beneath in flight."

All we need now is a stool pigeon to dish the dirt and we might wipe this problem out.

And what if the person doing this doesn't have mental health issues?

Maybe, just maybe it is the sort of "sc*m" that are now littered throughout the Medway towns and surrounding areas. Will you be making an apology for them too? And for what reason?

Medway is riddled with neanderthal knuckledraggers who have got fat(literally) on the generous benefits that the previous government bestowed upon them, who have no intention of contributing to society and only seeking to milk and destroy it, instead.

To Robster and Dolly Daydream - It sounds like the person doing this has mental health problems - after all it is a very strange thing to do. However, using words and phrases such as 'raving lunatic' and 'sc*m bag' shows a lack of understanding on your part. One in four people in the UK will experience some kind of mental health problem each and every year. I'm sure that you wouldn't like to be called names if/when it happens to you.

The look on the guys face pointing to the bag of Hoo P00h is classic.

Wierd story, also does this person collect p00h over the week and "dump" it on the roof of the loos, or is this just one mother of a post sunday lunch p00h. It takes a lot to fill a tesco's bag.

I think Cllr Watson should look deeper into the bag and find the culprit.

Also this story is about p00h but I can't use the word p00h!

I think this and the incidents with the cat's that are being poisoned in the area could possibly be linked. Wonder if this has been looked into ??

This person can't be homeless as would have eaten the birds possibly. I think whoever it is needs to be delt with, with sensitively.

Yet another Kent resident in need of mental health care. I agree with the post about dog owners are worst they leave THEIR DOG mess for others to pick up. In some states in the USA if a dog owner does not pick up the mess they are fined and the dog is taken away on if they are caught doing it again. Worms found in dog p o o can BLIND a child.

Not right that! But at least they put it in a bag, unlike some stupid dog owners who leave it in the street. It’s surprising the amount you notice when the snow is on the ground. As for the ducks i think some sort of psychologist needs to look for a link.
