Missing man found safe

A vulnerable missing man has been
found safe and well.
Kent Police was appealing for
information on the whereabouts of 29-year-old Keith Chapman.
He was last seen in the Dartford area
at about 12.30pm on Thursday.
Officers were concerned for the
safety of Mr Chapman, who is described as having difficulty
communicating with people.
Kent Police said on Wednesday he had
been found safe and well.
