Bryant Homes is selling the second phase of its Bridgefield
development at Ashford, where family-size houses are available from
£174,995.
A good selection of new homes is still available, although
Taylor Wimpey South East sales manager Paula Carter warns: "With
high-quality homes available in this desirable location at such
great value prices, Bridgefield is one of our most popular
developments in the region and continues to attract a great deal of
interest from buyers.
"While there is still a choice of three and four-bedroom homes
on sale now, the rate at which they are being reserved means they
are unlikely to be available for long."
Three-bedroom homes at Bridgefield range from £174,995 to
£199,995, while four and five-bedroom houses are priced from
£249,995 to £279,995.
