First-time buyers struggling to move onto the property ladder
have now been given a helping hand by residential developer Explore
Living at its New Meridian Village development in Ramsgate, with
the return of the Route 75 scheme.
The scheme allows people to own 100 per cent of their new home
and get 25 per cent free for 10 years, meaning buyerss of a
one-bedroom flat would pay just £68,996.25.
The scheme is available for all one and two-bedroom flats plus
three and four-bedroom houses.
