Jamie Coyle’s second half header earned
Dartford a point in a 1-1 draw against Carshalton in the Ryman
League Premier Division at Princes Park on Saturday.
Coyle (pictured) headed home Ryan Hayes’
corner in the 57th minute to level against opponents
struggling at the wrong end of the league table.
Tony Burman’s side had not played a league
match for three weeks and looked a bit rusty throughout the
game.
Carshalton had taken a surprise lead on the
stroke of half-time when a cross fell to Richard Jolley who made no
mistake.
Despite dropping two points, Darts increased
their lead at he top of the table to 12 points after second place
Hastings lost 2-0 at Billericay.
