New Kent cricket captain James Tredwell wins call-up to England squad for T20 and one-day series against India
New Kent cricket captain James Tredwell has been named in
the 13-man England squad for the T20 and ODI series in India.
England will face India in two T20 internationals next month
before playing a five-match one-day series in January.
Tredwell, pictured, took over the Kent captaincy from
Robert Key and last represented his country in the one-day series
against South Africa last summer. England and the Springboks
finished the series 2-2 after South Africa's 2-0 win in the Test
series.
The off-spinner finished with figures of 3-35 in a six-wicket
victory at the Oval.
