Midweek Ryman League round-up

Faversham climbed to third place in Ryman
League Division 1 South with a 2-1 home win against Burgess Hill on
Tuesday night.
Kieran Oliver scored the winner seven minutes from time after an
early Lilywhites goal by Jamie Maxted, pictured, had
been cancelled out by Karly Akehurst midway through the first
half.
On-loan Gillingham striker Ashley Miller scored twice as
Hythe beat Corinthian-Casuals 3-1 at
Reachfields.
The youngster opened the scoring on seven minutes and doubled
Hythe's lead just past the half-hour.
Jamie Byatt replied for Casuals before half-time but Nick Barnes
made sure of the points on 88 minutes.
Margate's Ryman League Premier Division
play-off hopes suffered a blow with a 1-0 defeat at promotion
rivals Lowestoft. Jack Defty's early strike clinched the points for
the hosts.
Thamesmead's Ryman League Division 1 North
match at Redbridge was postponed after a pitch inspection.
