Gillingham will be staying in the north for the next five days ahead of games at Bradford City and York City

Martin Allen will have
plenty of time to work on his team in Yorkshire

Gillingham's five-day trip to
Yorkshire will be "no holiday camp," insists boss Martin Allen.
A visit to Bradford on Saturday is
followed by a game in York on Tuesday and the squad will be staying
north for the duration.
Allen said: "The chairman has been
good to keep us up there for both games, which is fantastic. That
is the best thing for preparation.
"It is a long journey and games now
are massive. They are all important and we want to make sure the
preparation is spot on.
"It’s not a holiday camp. We need to
train and need to work and it helps people to get to know each
other a bit better."
Gillingham will train at Leeds
United’s Thorp Arch facility, near Wetherby and Allen added: "The
best way to get to know each other is on the training pitch."
