Everything is going right for Michael Harriman at the moment.
The only thing missing is a Gills win but even that is just around the corner, believes the young on-loan right-back.
The 20-year-old agreed a deal to stay with Gillingham for the rest of the season last Thursday, while he was also called up for the Republic Ireland under-21 side.
On Saturday, he was named man-of-the-match by sponsors as the Gills drew 1-1 with Bristol City and he said: “I’ve enjoyed every minute of being here which is why it was a no-brainer to stay on.
“The boys have been fantastic and I’ve been playing football every week. I will work hard every game and hopefully we can start to pull out some decent results.
“We are slowly getting the points now and we are three games unbeaten. The first win will come. We are doing the right things and competing every week.”
The QPR defender is out of contract at the end of this season and unavailable this weekend, due to his international commitments with Ireland. The youngsters are in European Championship action against Germany on Friday, the night before the Gills face Crawley.
