KM Group makes the KentOnline website available to you
subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the site

or which makes excessive demands for bandwidth or contains any
virus or which may harm KM Group's computer systems or any third
party computer system.
2.3 If you contribute any material (whether
text, graphics, video or audio), you agree by making the
contribution to grant KM GROUP a perpetual, royalty free,
irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce,
modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from and
distribute such text or graphics into any form, medium or
technology now known or hereafter developed. In addition, you waive
any and all moral rights in such text or graphics.
2.4 Further by submitting your contribution to
KentOnline, you:

KM Group is not responsible for and does not give any warranties
regarding any such web sites or services and is not responsible for
or liable in relation to the content or your use of such web

5. Liability
5.1 KM Group will not be liable for any
damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any
damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether
in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or

5.2 KM Group does not warrant that functions
contained in KentOnline content will be uninterrupted, timely or
error free, that defects will be corrected, or that KentOnline or
the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
6. Availability and Security of the Sites and
the Interactive Service

does not promise full or uninterrupted or error-free operation of
the site and interactive services. All liability of KM Group, its
directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever
arising from your use of or inability to use the site and/or the

However, due to the nature of the internet, KM Group cannot accept
any liability for those who intentionally attempt to gain
unauthorised access to this information by means such as computer

KM Group reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and
notices under which KentOnline is offered. You are responsible for
regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use
of KentOnline constitutes your agreement with the KM Group to all
such terms and conditions.
8. Termination
The KM Group may permanently terminate your access to any
interactive services provided on the site immediately for any
reason.
9. Claims
Where a claim is brought against KM Group by a third party
because of your use of the site or interactive services you agree
to fully reimburse KM Group for all losses, costs, actions, claims,
damages, expenses or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or incurred
by the KM Group as a consequence of your breach of this agreement
and your use of the site or interactive services.
10. Force Majeure
KM Group shall not be liable to the other for any loss or damage
which may be suffered by any party due to any cause beyond KM
Group's reasonable control including without limitation any power
failure.
11. Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and
Wales and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
