For Made in Kent this week, we have produce from a delicatessen called Tesouros de Portgual which specialises in Portuguese dishes. The newly opened specialty shop is located on Chatham high street and features a range of treats from authentic Portuguese custard tarts to chorizo. We put some food to the test and ask owner Marly Correia about it's inspirations.
