Residents in Medway have expressed their anger after the council announced changes to parking which could mean they have to pay up to an extra 700 pounds a year.Changes to visitor parking permits, which were approved during the budget meeting, will see them scrapped as soon as next month while daily parking tickets have doubled in price.
